Unless you have your players place them in their cached files' folders, it will try to find that file at that location on their PC. Local files can be distributed in this way, but they're not really ideal. Using only local files in this way means that you really don't need to use TTS Mod Backup. If the files are not in your cached files (which seems likely since it sounds like you don't want to upload them anywhere), then you need to use distinctive URLs that everyone can access. It should copy them directly from your cached files.
